Store Updates & Policies

Almost all of my creations are Made To Order. If purchasing MADE TO ORDER products, you agree to the current Turn Around Time (TAT) which is 4-6 WEEKS. I do my darndest to get items ordered (tumblers), stripped, painted, glittered, coated, and cured closer to the 3 weeks mark so they can be shipped early, but please plan ahead at LEAST one month for customizations.

Glittered/Rhinestoned Products - 4-6 weeks to ship
Decals - 2-3 weeks depending on artwork (see below)
Cold Cups - 2-3 weeks to ship

TUMBLER CARE

  • Hand wash only using cool water, mild dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge or rag.
  • Do not put in dishwasher.
  • Do not put in microwave.
  • Do not soak.
  • Don't leave your tumbler sitting in hot car.

STORE POLICIES

  • Due to the nature and safety for us and our customers, ALL TUMBLER SALES ARE FINAL! 
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, within 24 hours of delivery so that we can assist you.
  • We are not responsible for scratched, dropped or mishandling of your tumbler (aka normal wear and tear/use)
  • We are not responsible for names spelled wrong if they are sent incorrectly. Please double check your spelling.

Vinyl Decals
Vinyl decals can be used to personalize various surfaces such as water bottles, windows, and laptops or tablets! It is not a sticker and does not include a while background. Each piece is individually spaced for application. Handwash only if applying to drinkware

Installation:
1. Clean application area. Use water (no Windex). Do not apply on extremely hot or cold surfaces.
2. Prepare the decal by rubbing a credit card across the clear transfer tape
3. Peel the white paper backing off the decal
4. Slowly place the decal onto the desired surface. Rub/Press decal firmly with credit card.
5. Slowly peel the clear transfer tape off at from the top corner. Do not pull decal off while peeling transfer tape.

Areas of Application: Car/Truck Windows, Car Body Surfaces, Bikes, Helmets, Motorcycles, Computers, Skateboards, Snowboards, Guitars, Mirrors, Laptops, Home Walls, Home Windows, Store Windows, Doors, Laminate, Boats, Toolboxes, etc.

Not recommended for use on silicone, unpainted flower pots, walls, drywall, fabric or any porous/bumpy or non-smooth surface. Decal is not reusable. 

This is a vinyl decal is made from permanent vinyl suited for indoor or outdoor use. Decal is rated to last approx. 1-6 years depending on use, wear & care. Follow proper installation guidelines and care to get maximum life from the decal.
Every individual piece is cut and pre-spaced onto transfer tape for easy application. Large, bold designs with minimum detail work best for these decals. Not sure if yours will work? Send us a message and we can let you know.
Due to the custom nature of these decals, once the design is approved by the purchaser/customer, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
*Vector art is HIGHLY recommended for best results (.eps, .ai, .svg, .pdf). Low-resolution image files may need to be redrawn; please message us for a price quote.

**Due to die-cutting limitations, please make sure all text is a minimum of 5/16" (0.313") in height and/or 3/32" (0.094") in width. If your design is very complex/intricate, we may need to charge extra based on the amount of "weeding" required (removal of small excess vinyl inside letters, graphics, etc).

Please note that we cannot legally print or cut registered trademarks without permission. You MUST own the rights to the images you provide us - We cannot be held responsible for any copyright/trademark violations.

--------WHEN ORDERING OUR DECALS...
If your logo has several colors and you wish to have us color match and print full-color, we may need to add a thin white border around the outside of the graphics/text. To avoid this, you'll need to provide vector artwork with bleed. If that sounded like a bunch of gibberish, just send us a message with your file and we can help.

Make sure you send your artwork! If the artwork is not in vector format or a high-quality image, a redraw fee may apply. We can make MINOR edits (add text, etc) for $10.00. Complex editing and/or custom designs vary greatly in price so please message us for a custom quote.

**We will send you a digital proof. Once the proof is approved by you, we typically send your design to the cutter the same day. Please make sure you thoroughly review your proof(s) before approving!
